A principal shareholder and a founder of CMP, Inc., Sean brings 18 years of Veterinary Health Care experience and has been involved in over 200 veterinary facilities in the design, production of construction/permit documents, and administration of construction in veterinary projects. He is well versed in all the specialized systems incorporated in veterinary hospitals including acoustic and odor control; durable, impermeable floor finishes; heating, ventilation and exhaust; oxygen/gas scavenging systems; central vacuum; electrical power and lighting. He has demonstrated expertise in designing, inspecting and constructing civil, mechanical, plumbing, electrical and architectural systems. Sean is familiar with all national building codes, life safety code, ANSI and ADA accessibility regulations, state-to-state construction law and OSHA regulations. He is presently a licensed commercial contractor in eight different states.

Sean\'s duties at CMP primarily include licensure, marketing, contract negotiation, client relations, financial planning, and human resource supervision. Sean also provides day-to-day project management of construction activities, including estimating, contracts, client relations and on-site quality control.
